No booking will be considered definite until contract and deposit are received. Deposits are non-refundable, but may be transferred to another mutually agreeable date. Note: If a party contract or deposit is not received within two weeks of the scheduled event, the reservations will be cancelled. Final ConfirmationsConfirmations must be called in 48 hours prior to arrival. If a confirmation is not received, the Group will be responsible for 100% of the original number booked. Dress CodeProper dining attire is required. Regardless of the weather conditions, cut-off shorts and tank tops are not permitted in the private dining facilities. Food & BeveragesNo food or beverages are permitted beyond the admissions booth. A complimentary dinner will be provided to the chairperson who contracts a group of 50 or more guests. Prices include tax & gratuity. FINAL PAYMENT DUE AT THE TIME OF THE EVENT Trophy RaceStep into the Winner’s Circle and sponsor a Trophy Race! A fantastic final touch to your group’s outing. Give your guests the unforgettable experience of presenting a trophy to the winning Driver & Owner. For a $20.00 fee you will take 5 of your guests down for a photo after your groups designated race.
