The promotion period is from March 10, 2008 to April 20, 2008.
$100 Free Slot Play winners will be selected at random from all players with a valid Players Club card successfully entered in a slot machine card reader starting on March 10 - April 12, 2008, at a rate of one winner per hour, from 9AM - 11PM, each day.
The slot player tracking system will select one player per hour with their valid Mohegan Sun at Pocono Downs Player's Club card successfully entered in a slot machines card reader from 9AM to 11PM during the promotional period. We will utilize the player tracking system and the Public Address system to locate the $100 in Free Slot Play winners. If a winner does not claim the prize within 15 minutes, does not have their Player's Club card, valid photo identification or is on the Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board Self Excluded List, the winning selection is void and another winner will be selected. A player is eligible to win the $100 in Free Slot Play more than once.
The $100 in Free Slot Play will be valid for 30 days from the date it is won.
To be eligible for this giveaway, a patron must be 21 years of age or older and have both a valid government photo identification and a valid Mohegan Sun at Pocono Downs Players Club card successfully inserted in a slot machines card reader. Any person on the Excluded or Self Excluded lists are ineligible to earn entries or win any prize.
CASH PRIZE DRAWINGS
Each Free Slot Play winner from March 10 - April 12, 2008 will be exclusively entered into a series of Cash Prize Drawings on Sunday, April 20, 2008 at 12PM (NOON), 4PM and 7PM. Only Free Slot Play winners are eligible for the Cash Prize Drawings. Winners that were awarded the Free Slot Play more than once will receive one Cash Prize Drawing entry for each drawing time for each Free Slot Play awarded.
On Sunday, April 20, the Free Slot Play winners can receive one paper entry for each of the three Cash Prize Drawings that will take place at 12PM (NOON), 4PM and 7PM.
Only the entry marked for the correct drawing time can be placed in the drawing drum.
Each entry will be clearly marked for a particular drawing time. Tickets that are not marked for the correct drawing time are void and not eligible for prizes.
Entries must be placed in the drawing drum starting at one hour prior to the drawing time up to 10 minutes before the drawing. No entries will be accepted 10 minutes before the drawing time.Players arriving too late for any drawing cannot receive additional entries into later drawings.
At each drawing time, the cash prizes are as follows: 1st Prize; $2,500, 2nd Prize; $1,500, 3rd Prize;
$1,000, 4th - 5th Prize; $500, 6th - 10th Prize; $100 TOTAL: $6,500 x 3 = $19,500
Winner must be present to receive entries for the drawings and to claim any prize. Eligible patrons can win more than once.
All Cash Prize Drawing winners' names will be announced via microphone and the slot tracking system will be utilized to help locate the Cash Prize Drawing winners. If the winner does not report to the Promotions Booth in 15 minutes, the entry is void and another winning entry will be selected.
Winners must claim their prize at the Promotions Booth. Winner's valid government issued photo identification will be checked against the player tracking system to ensure that the name is not on the Excluded or Self Excluded List. If a player wins one of the Free Slot Play Prizes prior to self-excluding or being excluded, his/her entry into the Cash Prize Drawing is voided and their account is disabled.
In the event the casino's player tracking system is unable to select a winner at the predetermined time, the casino can postpone selection of winners until the system becomes operational.
Mohegan Sun at Pocono Downs reserves the right to cancel or change this promotion at any time.
Employees of Mohegan Sun at Pocono Downs, its affiliates, people under the age of 21 and those prohibited from gambling in the state of Pennsylvania are ineligible.
